The winner was Women's championship which makes a lot of sense. Get rid of the divas championship. The women's division will never gain any credibility if they are thought of still as 'Divas'. The Divas butterfly belt doesn't do any justice on helping women be perceived as serious. Once they go back to the Women's Championship, the WWE audience will start looking at women as serious wrestlers.
A close second was the hardcore championship. With the WWE network, the possibilities of a 24/7 rule are endless. This would be a fantastic way to spice up the product. It would provide some unpredictability and a reason to watch all 3 hours of RAW as you never know when something will happen backstage or a title change will occur. This just seems like an easy decision to make if I am WWE.
Another thing that was brought up a lot was a European championship. Once Cesaro comes back it could be a fun little thing to have guys like Neville, Sheamus, Barrett and Rusev battling it out for a European title. With the United States Championship active this seems highly unlikely to me but it's a fun thing to think about.
